Scholarships and Grants for economists living in Turkey, Eastern Europe, and Africa
For over 20 years, the International Atlantic Economic Society has offered scholarships & grants to help defray some of the registration fees for economists from Turkey, Africa, and Eastern Europe attending the European conference hosted by the International Atlantic Economic Society. Awarded amounts are based upon financial need, averaging from $250.00 – $350.00. Recipients are required to present a formal research paper at the European conference.
The International Atlantic Economic Society has awarded over $85,000 in grants to many of our most deserving and financially eligible colleagues. The grants allow those who may not otherwise be able to attend to join us at our conferences.
