    • $150 fee for inside program page
    • $250 fee for 2-page inside spread
    • $300 fee for cover 3 or 4
  • Advertising Requirements:
    • Ad copy deadline: TBA
    • Size: 5″ x 7.5″ (full page)
    • No bleeds accepted
    • Camera-ready copy prepared for coated stock.
    • High resolution PDF and InDesign files are acceptable

CONFERENCE BAG INSERTS

• • IAES staff will insert your pre-printed promotional materials into all conference registration packets.
  • Conference bag payment deadline – TBA.
  • Ship materials directly to conference headquarters by TBA.
  • PLUS receive a company-specific link on our website and social media, promoting your company to            roughly 40,000 economists worldwide
  • Provide 300-350 copies of all materials
  • $200 fee for single page insert
  • $300 fee for full catalog insert
