HOW TO SUBMIT SESSIONS OR ADD A PAPER TO YOUR SESSIONS

ISTANBUL – March 2012

 1.  Go to http://iaes.confex.com/iaes/73am/invited/cfp.cgi

 2.  Select “Click here to begin a session submission”

 3.  A new page will open:

–          Click on JEL Category

–          Select a JEL Category

–          Scroll down and hit SUBMIT

–          Click TITLE button

–          Type in the title of the session and SUBMIT

–          Click PEOPLE

–          In box, enter your last name

–          Check the Organizer box, then SEARCH FOR THIS NAME
 

 4.  One of two things will happen:

                A. If you have used the system before:

                                Select your name and click SELECT THIS MATCH
              
                B. If you have not used the system before:

                                Enter all your information and click SUBMIT INFORMATION
 
5.  If there is a Chair/Discussant for the session, repeat the above steps.

If not, just click CONFIRMATION.
 
 TO ADD PAPERS

1.  On the left-hand side, under “Abstracts” click on ADD

2.  Enter the Title of the first paper; the author’s email

3   Click on SAVE AND CONTINUE (The authors will enter their own contact information)

4.  When the next screen comes up, CLOSE IT.

5.  To add an additional paper to the session, repeat the above steps.

6.  There will be an email sent to the author stating that the submission has been started.

7.  A link will be given so the author can enter his or her abstract and contact information.
