DISTINGUISHED ADDRESS BY DR. HELMUT FRISCH
IAES Executive Vice President, Dr. John Virgo,
presents Dr. Abdiweli Ali with the Atlantic Economic Journal's
Best Article Award for 2002 prior to Dr. Frisch's address.
Dr. C. Alexander Garvin, a 30-year member of the IAES,
is presented an award for his service on the Board of Editors of
International Advances in Economic Research.
Dr. Attiat Ott of Clark University accepts her
award for service on the Society's Executive Committee.
Dr. Ralph W. Pfouts speaks on being a 30-year member of the IAES.
   
IAES Vice President Anna J. Schwartz introduces Dr. Helmut Frisch.
Dr. Helmut Frisch of the University of Technology in Vienna
delivers his address on the strength of the euro.
