Presidential Address and Membership Meeting


Dr. Burton G. Malkiel presents his Presidential Address entitled, "The Stock Markets for Chinese Company Shares: Access and Efficiency."


Dr. Malkiel accepts a plaque in honor of his service as President of the Society from the Society's 1995-96 President and Atlantic Economic Journal Board of Editor, Dr. Clarence C. Morrison.		Dr. Gary E. Clayton accepts a plaque in honor of his service as an elected member of the Executive Committee from IAES Executive Vice President, Dr. John M. Virgo.
