MEMBERSHIP MEETING
Dr. Attiat Ott, Chair of the IAES External Funding Committee,
announces the establishment of the John M. Virgo Scholarship Fund,
which will be used to aid needy economists from African
countries who wish to attend our conferences.
Dr. Ott and colleagues present Dr. John M. Virgo, Executive
Vice President of the IAES, with a plaque for his contributions
to the Society throughout the years.
