Discussants have 3-5 minutes to comment on each of the session papers. Primary assignments are in the order listed in the program but may be changed by mutual agreement with the chair.
If you have not received a copy of the paper by 1 September, directly contact the author. With agreement from the chair, you may have a late paper deleted or choose not to discuss it because it was late.
Each session chair is responsible for seeing that authors and discussants stay within their time limit. Since each session is only two hours long, start and end times must be strictly adhered to.
If you fail to receive a paper by 1 September, contact the author immediately. You may contact the IAES offices to have a late paper deleted.
If time permits, the chair will lead a round-table discussion with the authors.
