NOTE: Papers previously published or those scheduled for publication prior to the conference are ineligible.

PAPER SUBMISSION FEE
The submission fee for members is $80.00 ($130.00 for non-members) for each paper. Submission does not include conference registration. All attending conference participants are required to pay the registration fee. To avoid a bank collection charge, all non-U.S. checks should be drawn on a U.S. bank and payable in U.S. dollars. Submission fees are not refundable.

Submission fees are payable by faxing your payment to (314) 454-9109, mailing payment to IAES-Madrid Conference, 4949 West Pine Blvd., Second Floor, St. Louis, MO 63108-1431 U.S.A., or e-mailing your payment to iaes@iaes.org.

JOIN THE PROGRAM COMMITTEE
Become a member of the Program Committee by organizing a session, with 4 to 5 papers. Not more than 50 percent of the session participants can be from the same university and a person cannot author or co-author more than one paper in the same session. Paper submission fees are waived for your session participants. Proposals should include 1) session cover sheet with session title, JEL category number, title of papers, names of authors, chairs, and discussants; 2) abstract of each paper; and 3) author contact sheet. Please do not send in your session information piecemeal.

GRANTS
A limited number of grants are available to help defray part of the registration fees for attending our European conferences. The amounts range from $125.00 - $175.00, depending on need. Letter of application should include: (1) Name; (2) Affiliation; (3) Rank; (4) Paper title (60 character limit); (5) Paper summary (500 word limit); (6) Category number of paper topic; (7) Agreement to be a discussant in a session other than the one in which you present a paper; (8) Category numbers of paper topics you wish to discuss; (9) Yearly income range: (less than $20,000); ($20,000 - $29,999); ($30,000 - $44,999); (over $45,000); (10) Biographical Sketch limited to 2 pages (e.g., education, key publications).
Deadline for grant applications: 31 December, 2006.
